Designed with modern neutral aesthetics and top-of-the-line finishes, the home offers open-plan living, multiple lounging areas, and a fully equipped designer kitchen with premium appliances. Each of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms within the main house provides hotel-quality comfort, including a master suite with a private ensuite, bathtub and breathtaking views. The 5th bedroom is a private studio space, complete with its very own ensuite kitchen, laundry, lounge/dining and private entry.
The property is split into 2 sections, the main house (4 bedrooms) and a self contained 1 bedroom studio which can be joined together for large groups, or separated and private thanks to clever use of a custom made external slider. The properties can be booked individually or together as the entire property.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need an earlier check-in or late check-out, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We love pets, but to maintain the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at Osprey.

We typically have a 2-night minimum stay policy. During peak seasons and holidays, the minimum stay may be extended. Please check our booking calendar for details.

No, the house and the studio can be booked together or separately. Please note a booking for either does not exclude the other being booked independently by another party during your stay.

We want your stay at Osprey at Hawks Nest to be as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before booking. Please note we do not offer free cancellation.
More than 90 days’ notice: A 20% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.
Between 30 - 90 days’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.
Within 30 days of your arrival: Unfortunately, no cancellations or changes are accepted, and the full booking amount will be charged.
If something unexpected comes up on our end and we need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund. However, we won’t be liable for any other costs that might arise.
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against cancellations, travel delays, and any unforeseen circumstances.
